AT THE TIME OF THIS WRITING -- Although a few states are making progress as of July, 2020, many are not. Here are the top states that are considered the most dangerous to move from and even going ino 2021, these may continue to be the top states to move from if safety policies aren't enforced on the public at large. This data is from NPR, and is updated around the clock. In this listing, we will name the worst states first. Followed by their Average new cases a week, the number of people who have it out of 100,000, and finally the percentage change compared to two weeks ago.

Mississippi- 735 new cases this week, 25 per 100k , increase from two weeks ago +297%,

Idaho- 293 new cases this week 16 per 100k, increase from two weeks ago +215%

Florida- 8,215 new cases this week 38 per 100k, increase from two weeks ago +184%

Louisiana- 1,217 new cases this week 26 per 100k, increase from two weeks ago +175%

Nevada- 748 new cases this week 24 per 100k, increase from two weeks ago +164%

Georgia- 2,619 new cases this week 25 per 100k, increase from two weeks ago +162%

Kansas- 328 new cases this week 11 per 100k, increase from two weeks ago +113%

Texas- 6,608 new cases this week 23 per 100k, increase from two weeks ago +104%

Tennessee- 1,424 new cases this week 21 per 100k, increase from two weeks ago +103%

Delaware- 129 new cases this week 13 per 100k, increase from two weeks ago +98%

South Carolina- 1,635 new cases 32 per 100k, increase from two weeks ago +97%

If you are currently in these states, it is very important to practice physical distancing, wear a mask in public, and wash your hands often. Particularly after you just used a keypad at a store, or before you touch your phone. If you have respiratory issues or in ill health, try to avoid crowded places, such as stores. Many retail stores have hours set aside for the more vulnerable of the population. It is strongly recommended to utilize these hours. Make sure to stay physically active, as recreational activities (such as biking, fishing, hiking, walking) are acceptable if not encouraged to do. Just remember to keep your distance if any of those spots are crowded. Set time aside to meet virtually with family and friends. Or watch a movie together while on the phone or virtual meet with a friend. Encourage a friend or two to get tested with you, if all our negative, spend your time at less crowded beaches and parks. Recommend golfing, biking, or fishing. Start a book club or do crafts together. If possible, try to stay away from any US major city or airport, especially those on this list.
